I came to Victoria when I had some problems after my divorce. For each problem, she saw a good solution right away. Victoria could even see what my and my ex's previous lawyers couldn't see - a mistake in our divorce decree, which let the problem to be solved in my favor. Rob Latham was fantastic. We hired Aric Cramer, who did not disclose to us that he works mainly out of St. George, several hundred miles away. His partner Rob Latham took on our case and worked very diligently, even though this was not his expertise. We would recommend Rob to anyone seeking legal advice. We cannot say the same about Cramer.

Victoria is a fantastic attorney, IF you don't have to fight. She knows the law through and through, but you should ONLY retain Victoria if you have a simple open and shut case. I scoured the internet for days looking for an attorney that I thought could help me win my custody battle, Victoria seemed to be the right person. I provided her with hours and hours of materials to review to help my case (which she gladly reviewed for $200/hr) and I felt we were on the same page most of the time. That is, until I realized that the ONE court hearing that could have turned the ENTIRE thing around was thrown out. Victoria IS NOT A FIGHTER! She charged me nearly $8,000 THEN decided to tell me her retainer for going to trial was another $10,000!!!! $10k, yes that's just what she required to go to trial! Of course, at this point I'm broke and defeated, I want to fight but I can't afford an attorney who isn't afraid of fighting. Victoria told me at least 4 times she WOULD NOT go to trial with me, I don't feel ANYONE should have to hear their attorney say that... She also has this assumption that I knew what was going on, I would ask her questions about what to do or how to handle situations and it would take sometime 3 emails (all at my expense) to get a response answering my question. I retained an attorney because I do not know how the legal system works, charging $200/hr she should be more than happy to help me understand the entire process and how it works. But instead I felt like an adolescent child asking a stupid question because she would make me feel like I should already know this stuff. 20 Years in the business of course she knows how it all works, but I have never done this before and could use the guidance. I STRONGLY feel that if you need something fixed in an order or if it's simply paperwork, Victoria is the right person for you. BUT if you need someone to FIGHT because you're facing an uphill battle and you're throwing everything on the line to try and see your children more DO NOT RETAIN VICTORIA. Even during my mediation Victoria was getting short with me and offered very little support, in fact she kept pushing for an outcome I told her from the start I did not want. I have to retract my last review. I would not waste my money on services rendered from Victoria Cramer. I believe she is was not honest with billing and the rate charged. I don’t not believe she took care of the case appropriately. I cannot see successful or fair outcomes as her priority, I believe she only wants money. Go with an attorney that is more competent such as Cordell & Cordell. Same price with better representation for your family matters. Victoria is 5 star perfect. All the bad reviews are her “competitors” trying to pull her down, as she told me. All negative reviews had similar experience as me. Charging me 3 hrs for copying and pasting an email to another email. Many invoices that were similar. To add more I am getting a refund from the special master who had a higher rate and more information to go through over 7 months plus. Zero stars would be recommended. *Update* 2023.03.03 She gave me a $10 refund lol. Still less than zero star worthy in opinion. Do not waste your money.

I would give less stars if possible! She basically fires me because the court case got to hard for her and I got after her for not looking at a simple spreadsheet and costing me hours paying her to learn how to read a spreadsheet. Plus she ignored phone calls, emails, and directly cost me money that she in turn had to give me hours for free. Further more her court presentation is horrible, and feels not put together. I wish I would have read the reviews before hand, she is not a fighter and doesn’t help with a smooth transition to other attorneys. When the going gets tough Victoria runs away.

Victoria's secretary was really rude on the phone and didn't want to tell me if they have ever dealt with divorce cases that involved Special Needs adult children. She spoke broken English and was not professional at all!!! She even hung up on me before I could schedule an appointment
